The ACF P810 is a simple and functional machine for spraying, pointing & applying bagged cement mortars & lime based materials.

It uses a peristaltic pump for controlled & variable feed of material to spray gun or lance pointing gun. It is easy to use & clean, the machine includes an integrated sieve and also hopper vibrator. A pneumatic injection kit with automatic switch-off is available; it is recommended that pre-bagged mortars suitable for mechanical application are used.

The peristaltic pump is a positive displacement pump used for pumping a variety of flowable mortars and grouts. The material is drawn down from the hopper into a roller and tube mechanism compressing the flexible tube, forcing the material out towards the gun.
