The PGR43/40 is a heavy duty belt driven rotary surfacer for rubbing down floor toppings, liquid screed and latex. With the silicone carbide discs, it will sand wooden floors and abrade and prep painted factory floors. The double sided tungsten carbide disc will remove laitance off liquid screed and green concrete and rub down anhydrite screed
