ESM 1311 Surface Blaster
The ESM 1311 is a powerful, variable-speed multi-surfacer equipped with a full dust hood, designed for preparing a wide range of surfaces in a virtually dust-free environment.
Equipped with Tercoo rubber-mounted, tungsten-tipped rotating discs, the ESM 1311 creates a surface profile similar to shot blasting. This is ideal for preparing surfaces before recoating or cleaning. The rotating blaster discs resist clogging and can remove both hard and soft coatings, including bitumen, rust, and paint.
While primarily designed for steel preparation, Tercoo discs are also effective on flat or uneven stone and concrete surfaces, making them highly versatile. They mechanically clean and roughen surfaces quickly and effectively without generating heat.
The ESM 1311 can also be used with a variety of drum wheels for use on timber and stainless steel
