All of our "Ex-Demo" products have been meticulously serviced, safety checked and prepared by our in-house repair team, so they're ready to be put through their paces, straight out of the box.

Each product undergoes a complete multi-factor point check to ensure electrical and mechanical components are in suitable working order and replace parts where necessary to ensure perfect operating condition. Our repair team will then assign a grade that takes into account the product's age, condition and overall wear. Any repair work always uses original manufacturer parts.

- Excellent Condition - may be lightly used, have minor cosmetic and mechanical wear and the majority of its original parts.

- Good Condition - may have slight cosmetic and mechanical wear from being used, and some parts may have been replaced.

- Fair Condition - may have used cosmetic and mechanical wear from repeat use, and most original may have been replaced.

Combining the reach of a long-arm sander with the aggressive performance of a diamond grinder, this machine is ideal for removing concrete shuttering seams, burrs, bumps and coatings on high walls and ceilings. With its slim profile, adjustable grinding head and integrated dust extraction hood, it provides efficient surface preparation while improving operator comfort and site cleanliness.
