General Office Administrator

We are looking for a local person to fill the vacancy we have for a permanent, full time experienced administrator in our busy sales office


The ideal candidate must be computer literate with an eye for detail, well organised, have a good telephone manner and able to work under their own initiative. The position is varied and involves working as part of a friendly team in a general office
Key jobs include answering the telephone, dealing with customers and processing orders, sales administration and general office duties. Good knowledge of accounting software, Exchequer or Sage preferable
Office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday

• Answering the telephone, taking messages and directing calls
• Dealing with customer enquiries and orders
• Generating sales documents
• Processing email, fax and web orders
• Inputting data and information on to Exchequer accounting software
• All aspects of customer service
• Assisting other team members
• General sales administration and office duties
